- Provided all civil improvements to the site, including a Minor Land Division with easements recorded by separate instrument; offsite improvements, including paving and striping plans for site entry deceleration lanes on Frye Road and the Price Frontage Road; onsite grading and drainage plans; and water and sewer plans
- Coordinated with and created legal descriptions and easements for relocation of an SRP 69kV power pole located in Price Road, and provided site inspection during the construction phase
