- Voted “Master Planned Community of the Year” by the National Association of Home Builders (2005), and “Master Planned Project of the Year” by the Pacific Coast Builders Conference (2005)
- Provided the infrastructure design for this 7,100-acre community including the future alignment of the Loop 303 freeway and a new bridge over the Agua Fria River
- Provided 22,400 lineal feet of arterial roadway and 7,600 lineal feet of collector roadway; in Phase 1 of the project, CMX provided design for eight residential subdivisions with approximately 1,000 lots within the community
