- Development of approximately 7,000 acres consisting of a mix of low- to high-density single-family and multifamily residential with an active adult component, two village cores, neighborhood and regional commercial and mixed-use employment, two branches of the Santa Cruz wash, and a large regional park
- Prepared the annexation application, as well as two General Plan Amendments. With the success of the annexation, CMX prepared the conceptual land use and site plans used as the base for the PAD rezoning application document for the City of Casa Grande
- Provided presentation graphics, marketing exhibits, and land use concept exhibits for use in public meetings
